Introducing: the dance party for grown-ups who still love to move, but also love their sleep.
Follow along and get a sweat to some of your favourite songs from the 2000s. A workout class where it doesn’t matter if you get it right or wrong, just as long as you move your body and have a good time.

Join us for an evening of music, connection, and good vibes—no heels, no hangovers, and no pressure. Just great beats, great people, and an energy that feels like the club... you may get sweaty but there are no lineups and sticky floors.
