This MARCH, join us as we strut back in time to the music where the most iconic pop stars were born!
For this class we will teach a dance to EN VOGUE- Dont Let go
Step into the spotlight and unleash your inner pop-star queen or king with Glam Jam Fitness – a high-energy, dance fitness class that’s all about good vibes, fierce moves, and fun you can feel celebrating dance and community.
No matter what level you are glam jam is all about connecting with music, dance and community.This class is designed so anyone can participate.
What to Expect:
- Easy-to-follow, fun continuous choreography
- Full-body workout disguised as a part
- Killer strut playlists (think pop divas – Madonna, Kylie Minogue, Crystal Waters, Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, throwbacks & more)
