10am–4pm | Reflection Room (Lower Level)
Enjoy a quiet and reflective space in the AT&T Room to embrace the emotions that come with community loss and memory.
1pm | Mill Creek in Words (Grand Hall)
Join us in the Grand Hall for live readings of excerpts from The Last Children of Mill Creek by Vivian Gibson, Mother Wit—Exalting Motherhood While Honoring a Great Mother by Dr. Malaika B. Horne, and Mill Creek Valley by Ron Fagerstrom.
2–4pm | Church Hat-Making Activity (Lower Level)
Join our Education team in the Atrium to learn about millinery history and the significance of Black church fashion.
3pm | Mill Creek: The Art and Entertainment Center of Black St. Louis (Lower Level)
Come to the Lee Auditorium to enjoy a vibrant and nostalgic tribute to the rich heritage of the music born in Mill Creek.
