Demonstration-Style Cooking Experience
A small intimate and relaxed kitchen gathering. I call it The Chef’s Table – Lunch Version. Here’s what you’ll learn and get to sample:
Cashew Milk
Almond Milk
Oat Milk
Golden Skillet Turkey Apple Sandwiches
The Big Cheese (an elevated grilled cheese sandwich)
Cowboy Cookies
Chocolate-Dipped Banana Eggrolls (air fried, not deep fried)
You’ll learn how easy it is to make your own plant-based milks, yummy cowboy cookies, simple skillet sandwiches, and chocolate-dipped banana eggrolls (air fried).
Sit back, watch, learn a few new kitchen techniques, make new friends, and enjoy tasting everything prepared throughout the class.
A little sweet, a little savory, and lots of homemade goodness!
This is a demonstration-only class. No hands-on cooking required. Just come hungry and enjoy! Figure a good couple of hours; I’ll pack a lot into the experience.
Class fee is $50. 6 students maximum. This class will be on December 11 at noon, and I will repeat the class on December 12 at noon. LMK which day you prefer.
