This national demonstration aims to raise awareness of the service, sacrifice, and resilience of military-attached civilian spouses and partners, whose invisible domestic and emotional labour supports Canadian military families and operations.
On May 8, Canadians are encouraged to wear an orchid in recognition of their contributions.
