rock and come in.Its been a wee minute since we had a guest sound up to Aberdeen to run the dance. so for this moth wear going to get on that.
We Warmley welcome Militant Roots HIFI to the city
Militant Roots HiFi is a DIY roots reggae soundsystem established in Kirkcaldy, Scotland.
In the spirit of soundsystem culture, selector and founder Mikha’El has developed the current system single handedly from pieces of historic and local music and culture.
Now assembled into a formidable road ready HiFi, and offering big volume in a small package… Militant Roots HiFi play strickly reggae business, with a love for heavy roots, steppers and dubwize.
With an ethos of heart centered music focused around truth, rights and the example set by King of Kings, Haile Selassie, we come with a message of love and unity.
Our first session looks set for a solid night, with Mikha’El running the selections. MC Ya Samuel of Rastafari Scotland joining us for some fire pon de mic.
