The Manchester 24 Hour Run Against Homelessness is back for 2024 and we are returning for the third year running. We have two slots this year - a virtual walking wave with our Trafford Centre walking group at 10.30am and a running wave at 6.30pm. We'll be meeting at Freight Island from 6pm onwards - you can come along and run as many or as few laps of the 5K route as you like.This is an amazing event that raises money and awareness for the Manchester Mayor’s Charity – A Bed Every Night. There are lots of other running clubs taking part so let’s make sure we really fly the MileShy flag!
