MileShyClub's Couch To 5K course returns to clubs week beginning 8th September! Mondays are in Bramhall, Longsight, Stretford, Urmston and Wythenshawe. Tuesdays are in Partington, Sale, Salford Quays and Swinton. Wednesdays are in Cheadle and Chorlton. Thursdays are in Moss Side, Sale West and Worsley.
Come and get that feelgood feeling! You’ll have the support of your fellow runners and our amazing coaches and all of our groups have an optional WhatsApp group for advice, support and arranging those all important homework runs. We KNOW you can do this. Come along and give it a go!
