MileShy Meet Up is a FREE mental health support group with a difference - every session is structured around a health and wellness theme. We meet every Thursday at Coppice Library in Sale between 5pm and 7pm. We also have another group at Broomwood Community Wellbeing Centre in Timperley at the same time on Monday evenings.
All sessions are on a drop in basis and there is no obligation to attend every week. You can find out more and get signed up at
