Twin Cities In Motion, in partnership with Still I Run, Mile in My Shoes, and the Pride Cultural Resource Center, will come together in the shared belief that movement can support mental health and build community.
We’ll kick off the evening with a brief welcome and opening remarks. We'll then head out for a run/walk along a two-mile loop through Loring Park and the Sculpture Garden. A range of pace groups will be available, including a walking group. We’ll then return to the PCAC for refreshments and social time.
Together, let's reduce stigma and create a space where everyone belongs!
