The Tillamook Bay Community College Foundation is inviting you to join them in recognizing their scholarship recipients and donors who make scholarships like the Mildred Davy Endowment possible. Join us on Friday, October 17, 2025, at the Officers' Mess Hall at the Port of Tillamook Bay for the Mildred Davy Memorial Scholarship and Recognition Event. Tickets are $20 each and include hors d'oeuvres.
