Mike Donovan is a stand-up comedian from South Boston who has been performing since the late 1970s. He has headlined shows across the U.S. and Canada, appearing at top venues like the Tropicana in Atlantic City and the Sahara in Las Vegas. Mike has also been featured on SportsCenter, The Best Damn Sports Show Period, and Showtime’s When Standup Stood Out. Known as “The Sports Comic,” he blends sharp observational humor with a love of sports.

In addition to stand-up, Mike is an accomplished writer whose work has appeared in Sports Illustrated, The Boston Globe, and the Boston Herald.
