Migratory Bird Walk - Mt. Lebanon Nature Conservancy - Lebo Nature

In celebration of Migratory Bird Day, join Board Member and Ornithologist Dr. Jim Saracco as we hike through Bird Park listening and watching for birds. Jim will help us identify the birds we see and hear and teach us about migratory birds.
Learn how you can contribute data to a citizen science project (e-Bird) through the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. If you are interested, you may download Cornell Lab of Ornithology’s free app (Merlin) beforehand and practice using it during the hike.

💸Free event, suitable for adults and high-school aged teens.

🥾Wear sturdy footwear, dress for the weather.
👀Bring binoculars if you have them, we have a few to share.
⚠️Be mindful of ticks, always do tick checks after time in the woods.
🚻Port-a-potty on site.
⛈️All activities are weather permitting.
