Migraine Unseen: Art, Symptoms & Lived Experience

Join us in person for a unique event exploring the hidden world of migraine through art, symptoms, and personal stories.

Migraine is so much more than pain.

Invisible symptoms of migraine can be difficult to describe, and even harder for others to see or understand. These can include dizziness, vertigo, aura, visual and sensory changes, Alice in Wonderland experiences, as well as fatigue, mood changes, food cravings, or brain fog.

We want to hear your experience of migraine beyond the pain.

As part of this Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) experience, you’ll have the chance to share your thoughts, experiences, and ideas, connect with others, and help us better understand the symptoms that matter most to people living with migraine.


🎨 Can you express your migraine experience through art?

We’d love you to be part of the exhibition! Whether it’s a painting, drawing, photograph, digital artwork, sculpture, or another creative idea, we want to see how you would make your experience of migraine visible.

Come along to share, connect, create, and have your voice heard — and help us make the invisible symptoms of migraine visible.
