• Therapeutic breathing / meditation / stress reduction and relaxation
• Lifestyle – the role of sleep hygiene and exercise

Session 2: Those headaches may be a pain in the neck (2/6/2025)

• Postural and musculoskeletal contributions to migraine and self-care strategies

Session 3: Combined session - Nutrition and Pain Relieving Points for Migraine - (3/13/2025)

• Eating with Migraine: prevention, triggers and relief
• Discover craniosacral therapy and acupuressure approaches to migraine and self-treatment tools
