Migo to 3 Mile - Beginners Run Group - Session 1

Migo Run Club are delighted to launch Migo to 3 Mile, our new beginners run group.
This is an 8 week programme designed for novices to build strength, fitness and confidence over the 8 weeks.
The programme is set for three runs per week for 8 weeks, with the first run of the week being done as a group on a Monday from the shop at 511 Clarkston Road, and the other two runs being done remotely at times and locations suitable to the individual.
The Monday runs will be led by a coach, on hand to help, encourage and answer any questions. Those attending will be given the programme so they know what runs to complete.
The aim is to be able to run 3 miles continuously at the end of the 8 week programme, to complete a parkrun and feel confident to join our regular Migo Run Club Monday evening sessions.
