Mighty Muskingum River Raft Race 2026

2nd Place: $50 Cash

Entry Fee: $20/Raft

• All rafts must be homemade. No commercial-manufactured nautical parts allowed.
• All rafts must be non-motorized. Paddles, oars, poles, paddlewheels, and sails are all acceptable.
• All participants must wear shoes or sandals at all times.
• All crew members must wear an appropriate Coast Guard approved PFD (life jacket) during the race.
• Each raft must be equipped with 50’ length of a 3/8” towline.
• All minors participating in the race must be accompanied to the race by a parent or legal guardian
• Youth 12 and under may participate on a team with an adult.
• Anyone acting without regard to the safety of themselves or others will be subject to disqualification based on the above provisions.
• All rafts and raft parts must be removed from the premises immediately after awards presentation
• Each crew member must sign a release of liability waiver prior to entering the water on the day of the event.
