Mighty Kids Fitness Challenge

All kids, ages 5-13, are welcome to compete! Space will be limited.

No prior strength training is required, just the love to compete and have fun!
There will be three age divisions:

5-7

8-10

11-13

Participants will receive a swag bag with goodies from our sponsors, t-shirt and participation medal. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes will be awarded for each age division, to include cash along with other prizes!

There will be 3 workouts and a floater challenge. The workouts will be announced in advance on our social media pages so the kids can train and be ready to compete.
