The opening credits don't roll until payment is complete! After registering, Eventbrite will send your confirmation along with payment instructions. Payment is due within 2 weeks to lock in your starring role before we start casting from the waitlist.
The Midwest Monster Mash Women's Pinball Bash is more than just tournaments. Along with four tournaments and an optional Thursday pre-tournament, we're planning a Saturday night Monster Bash with costume contests, raffles, and entertainment. Our goal is to create a fun, welcoming weekend where players can compete, connect, and celebrate together.
This Ohio Women’s Pinball Weekend exists for one simple purpose: to celebrate women in pinball while having an incredible time doing it. Our mission is to bring players from across the state together for a weekend filled with tournaments, laughter, friendship, friendly rivalries, and nonstop pinball action.
This is more than just another tournament. It is a full weekend experience where women can show up ready to play, push their skills, build friendships, cheer each other on, and enjoy the unique energy that only pinball can create. From the first ball to the final round, the focus is on great games, great moments, and an atmosphere that is fun, welcoming, and electric.
Ohio is home to an amazing and growing group of women players, and this weekend is our opportunity to spotlight that talent and enthusiasm. We are here to flip hard, celebrate each other, strengthen friendships, and create the kind of event that players look forward to all year long. At the same time, we hope that this event will continue to cultivate the community and introduce newcomers to pinball.
All women and non-binary players, including trans women, femmes, gender-expansive people, and those questioning their gender identity, are invited to play. All ages and ability levels are welcome. We are committed to accessibility. Please let us know if you need accommodations to participate fully.
We are building a community grounded in respect, consent, and collective care. We expect all participants to actively help maintain that environment. There will be zero tolerance for racism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, xenophobia, or any behavior or actions that create an environment where players feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or unwelcome. Concerns can be reported to the organizers, who will address them promptly and respectfully.

10/22-10/25 "It's SHOWTIME!" Card Tournament
Info: Players build their standing through a series of scored “cards,” with each game contributing to your final sheet. Every result matters, because only your strongest performances survive the chaos of the rack.
Schedule:
Thursday night start.
Friday rounds continue the descent.
Saturday cut off at 8pm and finals begin Saturday night at 9pm with Round 1 of finals.
Format details:
Each player receives 2 cards included in their entry. Players may purchase up to a 5 additional cards, with all extra card purchases benefiting charity, because even the afterlife appreciates good intentions.
Strategy, consistency, and just a little bit of supernatural luck will determine who advances. Do you spend your cards early chasing big scores, or save them for a final push when the machines start whispering your name?

10/22 “They’re coming to get you, Barbara” Bounty Strikes OPEN Pre-Tournament
Info: Get ready… they’re coming to get you, Barbara.
Step into the chaos of the “They’re Coming to Get You, Barbara” Bounty Strikes Tournament, a fast-paced, last-player-standing pinball showdown where survival is everything and no one is safe for long.
Each round, you’ll battle it out in groups, and the lowest finishers earn a strike (0-1-1 and 0-0-1-1). Reach three strikes, and you’re out. The field will thin, the pressure will build, and only the strongest or luckiest will remain.
But beware, the bounty is always in play. Points, prizes, bragging rights, whatever the bounty holds, it’s yours if you can take them down. Even if you’re on the brink of elimination, you can still change the game by hunting bounties.
Expect tension. Expect drama. Expect the unexpected.
When the dust settles, only one player will remain unclaimed by the undead.

10/23 Monster Max Matchplay
Info: Kick off your weekend with the Friday 6pm Monster Max Matchplay Tournament, a battle of consistency, endurance, and big scores.
Players will compete in 10 rounds of Max Matchplay, rotating through a variety of machines and opponents. Each round counts, so every game matters as you build your standing and fight to stay near the top of the leaderboard.
After 10 rounds, the top qualifiers will advance to PAPA-style finals, where the stakes get higher and every ball becomes critical.
This is your chance to put up monster scores, outlast the competition, and make a strong start to the weekend.
Flip hard. Stay focused. Make every round count.

10/24 “I Know What You Scored Last Round” Group Matchplay Tournament
Info: Get ready for the ultimate test of memory, pressure, and revenge scoring in the “I Know What You Scored Last Round” Group Matchplay Tournament.
Starting Saturday at 10am, players will battle through 6 rounds of group matchplay, with 3 games per round. Every result matters, because in this format, nothing is forgotten. Your past performance follows you, and your opponents will know exactly what they need to beat you.
Each round reshuffles the competition, but the pressure only builds as patterns emerge, rivalries form, and scores come back to haunt you. Adapt quickly, stay consistent, and don’t let a single game slip, because someone is always keeping track.
By the end of six rounds, the top performers will rise to the top of a leaderboard shaped by both skill and survival under pressure.
In this tournament, there are no secrets. Only scores. And everyone remembers.

Step away from the pressure of competition and join your fellow creatures of the night for an evening of celebration, laughter, and a little bit of madness.
Whether you're showing off your finest costume, trying your luck in the raffles, or simply spending time with friends old and new, the party is just getting started.
Expect surprises. Expect memories. Expect the unexpected.
We'll have costume contests, prizes, and entertainment throughout the evening, with more details still emerging from the laboratory. No matter what strange experiments finally come to life, one thing is certain: this weekend is about more than just pinball.
Because every great horror movie deserves an unforgettable afterparty.

10/25 The 13th Hole of Horrors Consolation Pingolf
Info: Step into the shadows of the back nine for the “13th Hole of Horrors Consolation Pingolf” tournament, where even the ghosts get a second chance.
This is a Pingolf-style consolation event, designed for players looking to keep the weekend alive after earlier competition. Each round plays like a golf hole, with machines acting as your haunted course. Your goal is simple: complete each “hole” in as few flips (or highest score target achievement) as possible, while navigating increasingly cursed layouts and unpredictable conditions.
Across the course of play, you’ll face a rotating set of machines that feel more like traps than fairways. Every shot counts, every drain stings, and every hole brings you closer to redemption or ruin.
But beware, this is no ordinary back nine. The 13th hole looms over everything, a final test where fortunes can change in a single game and legends (or horror stories) are made.
Only one player will survive the 13th. The rest will be left wandering the clubhouse.
