Midwest independent country music’s biggest night of the year!
Midwest Country Music Organization hosts its 7 th annual awards show, showcasing and celebrating the very best independent country music from the past year. This is your
chance to experience ~20 live performances, including over 60 of the top country artists and musicians from the Midwest, interspersed with awards such as Entertainer of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Americana Artist of the Year, Breakthrough Artist of the Year, etc. If you are a fan of country or country-adjacent music (or any music at all for that matter), the talent in this room will blow you away. Don’t miss your chance to discover the next major country artist from the Midwest or your favorite new album.

Midwest CMO is bringing this celebratory concert to Wisconsin and the La Crosse Center for the first time on Saturday, May 2, 2026. Tickets range from $88 (VIP section) to $38 (Party Pit section) and can be purchased at lacrossecenter.com.
