Join us for an evening of nature, ear acupuncture and sound bath by the water. Take time midweek to recharge, reconnect, and restore.

We will be led in a nature walk by Irma Guerrero, sound bath by Jessica Garcia while experiencing ear acupuncture, (optional) with Kifferie Corley & Bhawna Luthra. Being out in nature is a beautiful way to heal and nourish our bodies and souls. So join us as we share these wonderful skills together in community.

There is plenty of free parking at the park where you can take a short walk to the small boardwalk overlooking the lake.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. This is open to the public. A love donation of $30-40 is requested, when possible.
