Step into a calm, supportive space designed to help you slow down, switch off and reset in the middle of the week. Our Midweek Reset Sound Bath is perfect whether you’re experiencing sound therapy for the first time or returning for your regular moment of rest.

With just 8 guests per session the experience stays intimate, gentle and unrushed allowing you to feel truly comfortable, supported and at ease.

You’ll be guided into deep relaxation through soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, and chimes. The session is designed to help calm the nervous system, ease mental load and create space for clarity and emotional release.

There’s nothing you need to do. Simply lie back, get comfortable and allow the sound to carry you into a state of deep rest.
