EVERY WEDNESDAY AT NOON. Done by 12:45 so you can get back to your day.

A short break for YOU. Unwind. Breathe. Connect to the Peace Within.

ALL are welcome. All ages, all genders, all belief systems.

NO meditation experience needed.

We sit on comfy chairs. Water and tea provided.

In less than an hour, reset your nervous system and access the calm within. Return to your day/your life with a changed outlook and tools to release stress. Access a new way of navigating life.
