Led by renowned vocalist & facilitator, Eliza Maroney, we'll begin with light breathwork and body awareness to drop into a frequency of presence and full surrender.
Let us take you on a journey that is sure to expand your consciousness & lead you to new places with a mystical soundscape into an extended savasana & bring participants back to soft presence to end the night.

ABOUT YOUR HOST
San Francisco native, Eliza Maroney, brings her heart and soul to each performance with a myriad of instruments and unexpected talents. A classically trained opera vocalist, she performed with the San Francisco Opera & San Francisco Girls Chorus for nearly a decade before deciding to carve her own path featuring her unique, soulful offerings of mantras & guided meditations.
In any given performance, participants can expect to hear singing bowls, vocal loops, world percussion instruments and so much more.
