Outdoor sit-down dinner at community table for 70 people under the string lights outside the Pavilion.

• Fire bowls
• Sauna (bring swim suit and towel)
Menu:
• Cold poached salmon, chive cream, onions
• Butter herb boiled potatoes
• Pickled herring, dill cucumber salad, shrimp salad
• Summer greens, shaved veggies, crispy shallots, lemon vinaigrette
• Strawberry cake, whipped cream, summer strawberries
• Aquavit, Swedish punsch, beer, wine, coffee, tea
$60/person for members.
$80/person for non-members.
Children are always welcome! It’s the Scandinavian way. However, only adults at the table.
Signup is required.
Limited to 70 attendees.
Members may bring guests at the Member rate.
Sunset is at 8:30 pm, so dress in layers.
