Midsummer is nearly upon us! As we draw close to the longest day of the year, we’ll celebrate this season of healing and good fortune with a drum-led breathwork journey and mandala drawing.

You’ll be led through your breathwork journey with live shamanic drumming and guided visualization to help you achieve altered states of consciousness and deeper levels of self-awareness. This is consistently a very powerful experience for participants! Drawing paper and art supplies will be provided - but feel free to bring your own from home if you have preferences.

Whether you are new to breathwork or a seasoned journeyer, this event offers a safe and supportive space to connect with yourself and your inner healer. No previous experience is necessary - just an open heart and a willingness to explore your self.

While breathwork is generally considered safe for most people, there are health conditions that do make it riskier for some. If you have any of the following physical or mental health conditions, please seek the advice of a medical professional before you attend a breathwork session. Your health and safety come first!
