The Swedish Historical Society of Rockford is thrilled to once again bring back our Midsommar Festival on Saturday, June 21st, 2025 from 10:00 AM-3:00 PM! This Scandinavian event has been celebrated in our community for over 80 years and in Scandinavian countries for thousands of years! It is a family-friendly event with Scandinavian traditions such as festive music, dancers, food, crafts, games and activities. Midsommar will be held on the grounds of the Erlander Home Museum and Nordic Cultural Center in the heart of Historic Haight Village.
