Their sound blends the boundary-pushing spirit of 1960s cosmic free jazz with the vibrant energy of modern jazz. Infused with elements of contemporary post-bop, Japanese fusion, and neo-soul grooves, Midnight Channel brings a sound that’s both rooted in tradition yet refreshingly modern—perfect for longtime jazz fans and first-time listeners alike. Rinthy (Lethbridge, AB) - folk, folk rock, singer-songwriter
Rinthy is a Lethbridge based songwriting project headed by Zach Passey and Taran Duncan. Created as a vehicle for Passeys songwriting, Rinthy gives voice to things now lost and to the tiny pains of dreams unfulfilled. The project released Painted Horses, an A/B side in July.
