Location and Parking

Just a few miles west of Chicago’s Loop, beautiful and historic downtown Oak Park is ideally situated for your event.  Charitable Association is located on Forest Ave, just one-half block from Lake Street and is within walking distance of the Green Line.  A large public parking garage is adjacent to the event space, offering convenience and peace of mind for your guests.

Katy is a Menopause Society Certified Specialist (MSCP) and Dr. Hannah, a Pelvic Floor Therapist--Using a multidisciplinary approach, we will discuss the vaginal, vulvar and bladder changes that often occur in midlife. We will introduce you to pelvic floor physical therapy, what it is, and how it may help with the symptoms of Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM)
We will discuss tools and tips to help you move through this new era with confidence.
