So we’re creating a space that does.
Midlife: Unfiltered is a relaxed, judgment-free conversation group for women navigating the real changes of perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. The changes can show up from energy and mood to sleep, strength, and pelvic health.
The conversation is gently guided by a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist (Dr. Alisha Shah) and a Menopause Certified Personal Trainer (Cris Fuentes), with space to ask questions, listen, and feel understood.
No pressure. No expectations.
Just real support and honest conversation.
