Are you struggling to navigate midlife and the menopause? Our carousel of empowering workshop sessions provides the opportunity for a Midlife Reset and includes:

• an informal discussion on the benefits of permanent makeup
• a nutrition workshop with the Nourishment Coach

• a 'Your Best You' dicussion and workshop with Angie Lendon - Temple Spa, covering menopausal solutions for skin, body and soul!
