Midlife Reimagined: Hormones, Health & the Habits That Matter
About this Event
Midlife Reimagined: Hormones, Health & the Habits That Matter
Every woman deserves to understand what’s happening in her body and feel confident advocating for herself so she can make informed decisions about her health.
Join menopause clinician Stephanie Elder and midlife health and wellness coach Joan Dandeneau for an engaging, in-person evening for local women over 40. Together, we’ll connect the medical and lifestyle sides of midlife health, helping you understand the changes you may be experiencing and what you can do to support yourself.
We’ll explore hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause, common symptoms, and how these changes relate to your bones, muscles, cardiovascular and metabolic health, and long-term wellbeing. We’ll also discuss screenings, health markers, and treatment considerations so you can feel more prepared for conversations with your healthcare provider.
You’ll learn how strength training, nutrition, and everyday habits can support your energy, vitality, and health, along with practical ways to fit them into your life and build consistency in a way that works for you.
Whether you’re beginning to notice changes, have navigated symptoms for years, or you feel good but want to be proactive, you’ll have opportunities to ask questions, meet local community partners, and connect with other women. Our goal is for you to leave feeling more informed and confident, with realistic steps you can take to care for your health.
Come on your own or bring a friend, and join us for an evening of learning and connection.
