Let’s Talk Menopause & Midlife is a full-day, festival-style experience that places menopause, andropause, mental wellness, and ageing where they belong: front and centre in our cultural and medical conversations.
Whether you're navigating symptoms, preparing for the journey ahead, or supporting someone through it, this is a safe, informed, and inspiring space to learn, share, and thrive.

💼 Day 1: Midlife@Work - Your Workplace Playbook
On Friday, 24 October 2025, we will kick off Midlife Festival with a focused, evidence-based day for HR, DEI, business leaders and managers. Expect clinician-led panels, Singapore case studies, and conversations on policy, benefits, culture and male allyship—designed to turn awareness into Monday-morning actions. This is your practical primer to build midlife-inclusive workplaces and set the tone for the community-wide conversations on Day 2.
