After 30+ years in the demanding and fun world of TV/film costume, I finally got the wake-up call I needed to make the change. So I left the craziness behind, trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Stress Management, then started focusing on what really matters, LIFE … finding peace, laughing more (it’s the best medicine!) and lifting others up.
I started The Midlife Crew because I knew, we midlife women deserved a space where “shoulds” are dropped and there’s no time for exhausting dramas or perfection! A place we can show up as our authentic selves, celebrating each other’s stories and make genuine connections.
