Midland ISD Candidate Town Hall hosted by Jumpstart Midland

Join us at the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center on October 19, 2026 at 5:30 PM (Central Time) for an important in-person town hall featuring candidates from Districts 3 and 5.

This event is organized by Jumpstart Midland, a movement of parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, caregivers, and community members dedicated to advocating for high-quality education in Midland.

Our vision is that every child in Midland receives the education they deserve to reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to the community.

The town hall will focus on asking important questions to candidates, fostering a forum for the community, by the community, especially emphasizing support for Midland’s under-resourced neighborhoods where schools face ongoing challenges.
