Mideast Chapter (MEC) WOCN® Annual Conference

The Mideast Chapter of the WOCN® 2025 Conference will take place in person in Charleston, West Virginia this year and will feature various educational sessions covering wound, ostomy, continence, and foot care.

Regular Rate: $225.00

Get a $99.00 one day pass for Thursday, Friday or Saturday.

Attendees can earn a possible 12 CE Credits.

A room block has been held at the conference location from Wednesday, September 10, 2025, through Sunday, September 14, 2025, at a single room rate of $160.00 per night.

Group Rate is ONLY available until Friday, August 22 or until the block is full, whichever happens first. After this date it is at Hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.

Attendee payment can only be accepted by credit card through this website. The MEC WOCN® no longer accepts checks for attendee registration.

We are not offering any live streaming or remote access to educational sessions.
