TOGETHER, BUT NOT TOGETHER?

Is your child texting in the family group chat while sitting at the same dinner table? Do they default to a text over a phone call and go quiet or check out the second a conversation isn't scripted? Phone-mediated communication has replaced enough face-to-face interaction that many kids this age are out of practice sitting through an unscripted conversation, holding eye contact or taking a comment on their idea without treating it like a personal attack.

That disconnect shows up everywhere. During family dinners, group projects and school presentations. It's exactly what our Middle Track is designed to rebuild.

Through our LET framework, ages 11–14 learn to:

LOOK INWARD — Explore identity, emotions and values in more depth and how these shape their voice and their relationships with family and friends.

EMPOWER — Develop resilience, emotional confidence and peer support. Build confidence from the inside out, work through self-doubt and practice encouraging others through hands-on activities.

TELL MY STORY — Communicate ideas with confidence, empathy and authenticity, not just in conversation but in school presentations too using our HEART framework.

About Let Them Speak™

Every young person has a voice and every young person deserves the confidence to use it. with the people actually in front of them, not just the ones on the other end of a chat thread. Many 11–14 year olds have plenty to say but between social pressure, fear of judgment and a growing habit of communicating through a screen, that voice can go quiet exactly when it's forming most. Let Them Speak™ exists to interrupt that pattern early. Our goal isn't giving a perfect presentation but it's helping every participant know: My voice matters, My story matters, I matter and saying that out loud to a real person, in real time. Whether your teen is naturally talkative or has gone quieter as texting took over, we meet them at their current comfort level and build from there.

How are we different from other public speaking workshops?

We are not focused on performance technique or competition wins. Let Them Speak™ combines emotional awareness, confidence-building, personal reflection and storytelling so participants develop a voice that's genuinely theirs — one that holds up in an unscripted conversation, not just a rehearsed one.

• 2 day physical bootcamp (9.00am to 5.30pm)
• A safe and inclusive platform to stand up and be heard on 14 November
• Lunch and tea breaks
• 3 x 1hour one-to-one online coaching
• 5 x use of Moodie.ai to review and provide immediate feedback for uploaded videos
