Middle School Game Development Camp

If you are a middle school student and interested in game development, you might want to consider attending our 5-day camp. The camp is designed for students who want to develop games in teams, with an opportunity to work on programming as well as the creation and manipulation of art and sound assets. No experience is necessary. Attendees will learn and practice making art for their games. A typical day will include faculty-led sessions with students in the morning, supervised work time, and team game/asset development in the afternoons, followed by game-related activities in the evenings (films, game tournaments, etc.). By the end of the session, working games will be produced, with a showcase of games on the last day. This event is available to participants grades 6-9 at the time of the event.
