Middle School Art Therapy Open Studio
This group provides a creative and supportive space for middle school students to explore emotions, build confidence, and connect with peers through art.
Art can be a powerful tool for self-expression during this stage of life. Sessions will include guided activities along with opportunities for creative freedom in a low-pressure environment.
No art experience is needed and all supplies are provided. A small donation to support supply costs is appreciated but not required.
This is a great opportunity to unwind, build coping skills, and express themselves in a safe and encouraging setting 💙
