Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.The Middle Pillar is a core exercise in the modern esoteric tradition. Developed by the Golden Dawn, this exercise is key for techniques such as control of the aura, circulating magical "energy" and connecting all parts of the psyche. Oasis Master Aldebaran will lead the class through the Middle Pillar, while also giving instruction on Grounding and Centering exercises, as well as using breathing techniques in conjunction with the Circulation of the Body of Light.
