Check out our new book group, just for kids ages 6-12!Middle Grade Book Group is an in-person group for kids between the ages of 6 and 12 who are interested in reading chapter books. Every month the facilitator will choose a chapter book whose publisher-assigned age rating is between 8 and 12.
Join us to discuss this month’s book, The Last Kids on Earth by Max Brailler!
It's the Monster Apocalypse, and thirteen-year-old Jack Sullivan is prepared to take it on. Using his treehouse as a home base, Jack joins forces with two of his surviving classmates: his friend Quint, and Dirk—a school bully. Together they make plans to take down the monster boss, Blarg, and save their school—and maybe rescue Jack's crush, June, if she'll let them.
Middle Grade Book Group meets in person on the 3rd Saturday of each month.
