My heart is so incredibly full! For weeks, you lovely neighbors have asked when we could finally get together in the kitchen. The wait is over, registration for my Middle Eastern Street Foods & Sweets class is officially LIVE! 🎉
This isn't a stiff, formal cooking class, it is going to be such a vibe. 🙌💛 Think of it as an effortless, elegant, and cozy evening where we get to unwind to a great playlist, connect, and cook an incredible meal together.
Here is a sneak peek of our menu:
🌿 Welcome: An icy-cold glass of refreshing Lemonana (mint lemonade) a classic Levantine drink!
🍆 Starter: A smoky, creamy, fire-charred Mutbal (Baba Ghanoush).
🍗 Main Course: Authentic Musakhan (the national dish of chicken with sumac on pita), plus a fun, modern rolled version.
🧀 Dessert: Authentic, warm, and gooey Knafeh.
📸 The Glow-Up: I’m also sharing my favorite tricks to plating and styling your dishes so they look absolutely beautiful on the plate before that first bite.
