Midday Sound Bath At The Park

Join us for a midday sound bath at Garfield Park. Allow yourself to be present and reconnect with a sense of inner calm and balance through the healing presence of nature and meditative sound from crystal singing bowls, chimes and ocean drum.

Please bring with you:

• A chair or water-resistant mat to sit or lie down on
• A pillow, cushion, and blanket for comfort
• Water to drink

Please dress appropriately for the weather.

The event is free. Everyone is welcome.
