Mid-Year Vision Board Workshop: Realign Your Intentions

Join our Mid-Year Vision Board Workshop for a transformative journey of reflection, connection, and community! In this three-hour session, we'll come together to review our visions, celebrate our achievements, and support each other through our challenges.

Through guided meditation, insightful writing reflections, creative expression, and heartfelt discussions, you'll have the opportunity to reflect on your progress, reevaluate your aspirations, and realign your intentions for the rest of 2024. We’ll conclude the workshop with a soothing group sound bath meditaiton, leaving you feeling empowered, inspired, and deeply connected to yourself and the supportive community around you.

This three-hour immersive experience is designed to provide you with the tools and support needed to navigate the second half of the year with clarity and purpose. By realigning with your intentions and nurturing your vision, you'll discover how to reduce stress, cultivate balance, and create a more fulfilling life. All are welcomed to join.

Class is held on the second floor of The Rookwood Pottery Building in Mt. Adams. No elevator available. Please dress in comfortable clothing you're able to move and sit in.

Water, tea, and light snacks will be available.

We are excited to co-create this space with you. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled in. To maintain the integrity of the class, we close the doors promptly at the starting time.
