Welcome to your Mid-Winter Pot Luck Feast!

Imagine a world without isolation, with the soil of community beneath us, holdig us always. Whether you’re a parent struggling to do all the things, a grandmother without granchildren who loves holding babies, a gardener without a garden, who would love to tend someone elses, this is for you. A community of humans and more-than-humans, who need help and want to offer help.

This is a soft launch event. You should come if you want to feast together, if you have a longing for community, if you have skills or time you want to share, or not enough time at all. This is the beginning of what we hope will be 8 invitations to meet across the year, with a system of gift exchanges and self-directed meet-ups to hold us together in between.

Bring your favorite dish to share, a thermos, your own plate bag (plate, cutlery, mug to wash back at home), thermals and woolens, an open heart and a yearning for community, as we celebrate the winter season together.

Expect 2 fires; 1 for chat and 1 for play, drama and dance sessions run by children, for children, an opening ceremony, music and eating under the stars. Come ready to drop your requests and offerings in to the well of mid winter alchemy.
