Are you feeling tired ? Not getting enough sleep?

Come and join me for a relaxing and restoring class on Wednesdays at 7:30 pm at the Loft Grace Hill Studios in Folkestone!

Experience the ultimate relaxation for your body and mind. This class is about doing less and letting yourself fully relax and recharge for the rest of the week!

For the first half we will do some simple breathwork techniques that will allow your body to unwind feeling the stresses of the day melting away. Then you will be guided through a short meditation. The class will finish with a 30-min crystal singing bowls that are designed to melt away stress and promote deep relaxation and sleep.

Please note this class might not be suitable for anyone with a pace- maker/ any plates in the body severe mental health problems epilepsy/ seizures and first or third trimester of pregnancy. Contact me if you have any questions.
