Set against the peaceful backdrop of our small family farm in Lanexa, Virginia, this class is designed to help you connect with nature, reduce stress, and share a few laughs as curious goats interact with participants throughout the session.

Your experience includes guided yoga suitable for all skill levels, followed by dedicated time for baby goat snuggles, photos, and connection with the herd. Light snacks and refreshments are provided to make your visit even more enjoyable.

Welcome & Check-In
Arrive at Choose Joy Farm, get settled, and meet your instructor. You’ll receive a brief introduction to the farm, along with safety guidelines and an overview of the experience.

Goat Yoga Session
Relax and unwind during a beginner-friendly yoga class while our playful baby goats roam freely, bringing joy, laughter, and lighthearted interaction throughout the session.

Baby Goat Snuggles & Social Time
Enjoy dedicated time to cuddle, interact, and connect with the goats. This is a great opportunity to relax, ask questions, and fully enjoy the farm experience.
