This session will explore the Chief Medical Officer's updated guidance on movement and physical activity, along with practical considerations for health and safety assessments and the ergonomics of homeworking.

Whether you're looking to refresh your knowledge or build on your existing understanding, this event will provide practical insights and up-to-date guidance on good ergonomics practice in today's changing work environments.

Come along, learn something new, and pick up useful tips to help support healthier and safer ways of working, both in the workplace and at home.
