Mid-Michigan Spartans - Give Green Day at One North

March 10 is Give Green Day. This is a day for Spartans to come together to make a big impact by making modest gifts to funds they love. The power of community giving is revealed in this 24 hour effort.

The Mid-Michigan Spartans are championing three giving opportunities this year: Mid-Michigan Spartans Scholarship Fund, MSU Student Food Bank, MSU's Resource Center for Persons with Disabilities. In addition to providing ways for Spartans to support these funds online, we are hosting an evening of fun and fellowship at One North on Abbot Road. We'll have hors d'ourves, door prizes, special guests, and other Spartans for you to socialize with. Attendees will be responsible for their own food and beverage tabs.

One North is generously sponsoring the space for the event! We appreciate their support of the Mid-Michigan Spartans and the East Lansing community.

The Mid-Michigan community will receive an email on Give Green Day with prompts to support our funds, should you choose to do so online. At the event, we'll have links for online giving, as well as forms for you to note your preferred fund(s) to support that will allow us to accept checks made out to Michigan State University. We'll turn the checks into MSU that evenings so they can be counted in the Give Green Day tally. All gift amounts are welcome and celebrated. This initiative is more about our combined impact than individual giving.
