Calling all swimmers! Join us at the AYCC for two exciting clinic days this August to sharpen your technique and gain a competitive edge before the season begins. Each session focuses on specific skills to help swimmers feel stronger, faster, and more confident in the water.
These are great add-ons to your training routine. Attend one or multiple! Each session is $25 to attend.
Clinic Dates & Times:
TURN CLINICS – Thursday, August 14
• Session 1 (Flip Turns-Backstroke and Freestyle): 4:00–5:30 PM
• Session 2 (IM Turns-Open Turns and Bucket Turns): 5:30–7:00 PM
START CLINICS – Thursday, August 21
• Session 1 (Blocks Starts-Standard and Relay Starts): 4:00–5:30PM
• Session 2 (Backstroke Starts-With and Without Wedges): 5:30–7:00 PM
